Amazing Free TV on My PC

I don't know about you, but I tend to spend a lot of time sitting in front of my computer.  Not only do I enjoy running different programs and playing games, I also enjoy watching free TV on my PC from time to time.  Sure, I can always walk out into the other room and watch the TV from their but it is just convenient to be able to do so in here.

I don't have to worry about what other people want to watch and I have access to thousands of channels while I am sitting here.  Perhaps you have wanted to do something similar to this yourself.  There are several different options which you have, most of which I've looked into whenever I was looking for a way to do this myself.  Perhaps the one that I chose would be perfect for you as well.

The first thing that I tried was to actually run the television cable directly into my PC.  I saw port on the back of my computer which said TV so I automatically assumed that I was able to hook my TV cable directly into the computer.  This led to a lot of frustration because what ended up happening was I bought some cable converters to match the port and it still wouldn't work.  As it turns out, this wasn't the way to watch free TV all my PC, it was a way that I could run my computer to the television set.  This certainly was an interesting possibility but it was not necessarily something that I was interested in doing.

I looked around at some of the PCI cards that were available in order to hook in for free TV on my PC.  Unfortunately, these were slightly out of my price range as the cheapest one that I could find was just over $100.  I read a little bit about them and found out that they were sometimes difficult to set up so I decided to go a different route.

Another option that I had considered briefly was actually hacking into satellite TV or the cable company in order to access those channels.  Of course, I didn't bother doing this because it is illegal and I didn't want to risk drawing any attention to myself in such a manner.  Fortunately, I found another option which now works beautifully.

I downloaded some software to my computer that I found which opened up over 3000 different television channels for me to watch.  Not only do I have many of the standard channels, I also have a variety of different movies and channels from different countries.  This helps me to keep in touch with what is going on in the world and to watch different things that may not be available on my regular TV.  Best of all, the entire thing was a breeze to set up and all of the channels are perfectly legal to watch.  Now I watch free TV on my PC whenever I want.  If I can only get it to cook my dinner I may never leave my computer room at all.
